The 360 Top Spinner Favorite Party Package - $1,000 for 3 hours Package includes: - 360 Aerial Video machine (Top Spinner) that allows videos of larger groups of up to 8 people that can be captured at one time. -1 Booth Attendant -Unlimited 360 videos and photos -Customized Event Overlay to stamp video with a customized message from client or reference to the event -Event Backdrop to match event decor -Gold Stanchions with rope and carpet to match your event decor -TV Viewing Monitor -Apple Ipad Digital Sharing Station that allows Instant Digital Download to attendees' personal devices -MP3 music add on (any song selection of client's choice if host desires) -Premium LED Lighting - Props (additional customized keepsake prop for event host) $1,000 flat rate for 3 hours. 20% deposit of total event cost is due to book events. *Event is not considered booked until a deposit is received. **Taxes are NOT included in the price. ***Travel fee may be calculated by system based on venue location. ****Price may increase if expected event attendees are more than 100.

Cancelation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price is required to confirm or book an event. All events must be paid in prior to the event date. Payments accepted are Cash, Money Orders, Square, Apple Pay (205-401-9961), Cash App ($MagicCityInMotion), PayPal (magiccityinmotion@gmail.com) and Venmo (@MagicCityInMotion). No personals checks accepted. All deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied to a future event of equal or greater value of the cancelled contracted event if the new event is within ONE CALENDAR YEAR from original date booked. After that all monies will be forfeited. All monies paid towards the booking is considered to be a part of the deposit, MAGIC CITY IN MOTION LLC shall have no responsibility or liability for failure to supply any services when prevented from doing so because of strikes, accidents or any cause beyond MAGIC CITY IN MOTION LLC control, or by orders of any governmental authority, except to return said retainer fee within sixty (60) days. Only if the booking is cancelled due to Covid mandates 50% of all monies paid will be refunded within 5-7 business days. MAGIC CITY IN MOTION LLC staff is required to comply with COVID-19 Proclamations in the performance of work. This is true irrespective of when the COVID-19 proclamations are issued.
